Drive by*:          $195.00 (Exterior inspection only)

Full 1004:         $295.00 (Includes interior and exterior Appraisal Inspection)

 

Expert Witness Testimony:  $125.00 per hour (Including travel, 3 hour minimum)

Discounted fees available for Lee County and Hardship Cases (as determined by Appraiser)
